New California Workplace Violence Prevention requirements go into effect on July 1, 2024—come join employment experts from SixFifty and learn everything you need to know to be compliant by the effective date.

The first half of this webinar will be an overview of the new law, including:

  • A breakdown of the requirements under SB 553 for companies with California employees
  • Best practices for creating your written plan for workplace violence prevention plan
  • How to maintain and enforce your plan

The second half of this webinar will be a 30-minute, reusable training covering general violence prevention topics that apply to all workplaces.

  • This 30-minute training will be provided to you on-demand after the webinar, for you to replay as part of your required employee training. (You will still need to cover circumstances and hazards specific to your workplace within your own training).
  • This free resource will allow you to confidently run your own workplace violence prevention training—without having to pay a third party to run it for you.

Live attendees are eligible for CLE, HRCI, and SHRM recertification credits.

In conjunction with this webinar, SixFifty is also providing a free access for you to create your own Workplace Violence Prevention Plan, including:

  • The written plan itself
