How can I customize the documents to fit my specific needs?
You can customize your document in several ways. By answering the questions, you are informing our document engine on how to tailor your documents. Once you’ve generated your document in our platform, you can open it in our editor and make any additional customizations as you’d like, such as adding text, formatting, and stylizing.
How do your legal updates work?
Our legal team diligently monitors changes in the law to ensure that you always have access to the most current information. We regularly update the documents on our platform to reflect these changes. To make this process as seamless as possible for you, we utilize advanced AI technology. This allows you to effortlessly merge legal updates written by our legal team into your existing documents, maintaining their relevance and accuracy with minimal effort on your part.
On a monthly basis, you will receive a Legal Update summary via email and can find legal updates documented in the Research module. This summary highlights key changes and updates, ensuring you’re always in the loop with the latest legal developments. Our commitment is to provide you with a hassle-free experience in staying compliant and informed.
How many users can I have?
Currently, all SixFifty subscriptions (marketplace purchases excluded) allow for unlimited users to be added to your account.
What kind of customer support does SixFifty offer to it's users?
All SixFifty customers have a dedicated customer success manager who will meet with them quarterly. You can also email us or schedule a meeting whenever you need assistance. Additionally, customers can receive support via our in-app chat feature.
Is there access to an attorney if I have questions?
SixFifty does not act as your legal counsel, we provide a dedicated support contact for all platform-related assistance. Our team frequently addresses questions concerning regulations. In such instances, they can provide coaching and, when necessary, involve one of our specialists in employment or privacy law for further guidance.
