How the New Federal Vaccine Mandate May Affect Your Business

On Thursday, September 9, 2021, President Joe Biden released a COVID-19 Action Plan called Path Out of the Pandemic. As part of that plan, the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. This new federal vaccine requirement will directly impact businesses across the country.

On this free webinar, we’ll cover:

  • What we do and don’t know about the new federal vaccine requirement
  • How legal challenge are likely to affect the new vaccination requirement
  • How the new requirement is likely to impact small, medium and larger businesses
