About the role
SixFifty is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. The company has a remote-first mentality, with headquarters and office-availability in Salt Lake City, UT. This person should have expertise in crafting and executing successful demand generation programs for the B2B segment, while collaborating closely with product marketing, sales, sales development reps, and external agencies and vendors.
We are looking for someone who can coordinate integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, move quickly, and has a strong appetite for growth. This position is poised to help the company grow over 100% year over year and success is tied to company revenue and growth.

Requirements
- Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs which include, but are not limited to— content downloads, webinar follow-up, emails, nurture campaigns, paid media, and content syndication, evergreen campaigns, free trials, etc
- Build out email marketing plan and email lifecycle strategy
- Develop and execute innovative multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage
- Drive department goals (100% growth in 2023) by direct and measurable contribution
- Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets
- Partner and collaborate with the SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team
- Project manage and deliver advertising campaigns and assets to publications
- Work closely with the Content Manager and Product Marketing Manager to create cohesive content distribution plans and synchronized efforts
- Work with marketing operations to determine where automation could prove to be useful
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of full-time marketing experience
- 2+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience
- Experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs
- Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience working with paid media and content syndication vendors
- Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- CRM experience a plus, specifically Salesforce
- Marketing Automation (Pardot) experience is a plus
- Experience with WordPress is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
- “Get Stuff Done” attitude and self-starter who takes ownership of projects and sees them through to completion
